Sioux Falls

This past weekend Paul, Seneca and I headed to Sioux Falls to see the All-State Chorus and Orchestra Concert. We left Saturday morning and stopped in Mitchell to go to Cabelas. Seneca thought all the "stuffed" animals in there were the neatest thing! When she saw the moose, she said, "He has pretty eyes". The big fish aquariums were a treat for her as well. She loved just watching the fish in there. Of course, she thought the catfish were pretty ugly! And they were. We then arrived in Sioux Falls and did some shopping and then went to the motel room to rest up for the evening. We took Seneca with us to the concert. She did so good. She sat and watched the entire two hour concert. She really enjoyed it. Every now and again you could hear her humming to the music! Right when the last song ended she looked at me and said, "Can we go swimming now?" We know what she had on her mind. It was 10:00 when the concert ended and I don't even think swimming would have worked for her because she was exhausted! We went back to the motel room and went straight to bed. The next morning we took her swimming for awhile and then packed up and headed for home.
