Dad and LouAnn arrived for a visit on Wednesday evening. It was a nice visit despite us STILL being ill. On Thursday, we dug out the Christmas tree and put that up. Got it decorated and got the presents under the tree. Seneca was a big help, she gave good directions on whose turn it was to put the next branch on. She will be a good "Boss" someday!! Thursday and most of Friday consisted of alot of card playing and finally, Paul got beat, two games!! We have been trying for years to beat Paul in golf (card game) and finally we were successful!! YAH! Seneca also got to enjoy plenty of games of "Slap Jack" her new favorite card game but only when she wins. We had an early Christmas on Friday also and exchanged gifts while dad and LouAnn were here. Seneca got new princess P.J.'s, a princess bathrobe, slipper socks, chutes and ladders and popcorn to top it all off. She LOVES her bathrobe and wears it around the house all the time. Saturday morning Dad and LouAnn headed back to Kansas and we have been resting since to try to feel better.
